Mr. Montgomery serves as a Consultant to Hebrock Steiner, Inc. on information technology, communications and Internet issues.

Mr. Montgomery is president of Montgomery Consulting, which specializes in strategic planning, market positioning and product development. Mr. Montgomery's special talent is creativity and the ability to develop effective mass market public appeals. These business talents are especially helpful in statewide Constitutional initiatives, grassroots efforts that impact public policy, and media-driven lobbying efforts.

Prior to forming Montgomery Consulting, Mr. Montgomery was founder and president of two innovative companies in the travel services industry: Travelogix, the Texas-based developer of the first Graphical User Interface software, and INNtron which developed the first multi-user lodging and guest accounting system for resort hotels in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Australia. Prior to those ventures, Mr. Montgomery was a principal of Montgomery, Faucher & Meenan, a Los Angeles public relations and marketing consulting firm.

Mr. Montgomery now resides in Tallahassee Florida where his consulting firm is based.
